Financial Information
CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Schedule)
Eligible children receive up to $1,132 in benefits over two years for basic dental services. We’re a registered CDBS provider.
Payment Options
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, credit card, and flexible payment plans through Zip, Afterpay, and Denticare.
Health Fund Information
We’re a preferred provider for HCF and CBHS. We can claim directly to your fund, so you only pay the gap.

Before Your Appointment
What to Bring
- Medicare card (for CDBS or rebate claims)
- Health fund card
- List of current medications (for new patients)
- Details of any dental concerns or anxiety
Appointment Length
- Check-up and clean: 30-45 minutes
- Other procedures: varies (we’ll inform you when booking)
Late Cancellation Policy
We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow other patients to schedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

We’ll advise on follow-up visits, typically at your six-month check-up appointment.
