Flexible Payment Plans

Zip

Interest-free for eligible purchases. Zip lets you split your payment into 4 interest-free installments. No upfront cost—only pay when due. Download the Zip app to apply.

Afterpay

Interest-free for eligible purchases. Pay in 4 equal fortnightly instalments with Afterpay. No upfront cost—start paying 2 weeks after purchase. Download the Afterpay app to apply.

Denticare

Competitive rates on payment plans. Denticare specialises in healthcare financing and offers flexible terms for dental treatment. Apply online or ask us for details.

Health Fund Claiming

Preferred Provider Status

We’re a preferred provider for major health funds including HCF and CBHS. Preferred provider status means we have agreements that typically result in higher benefit payments and lower gap amounts.

Direct Claiming

We can claim directly to your health fund, so you only pay the gap amount (the difference between our fee and the fund’s benefit) at your appointment. This is more convenient than paying in full and claiming later.

Check Your Benefits

Before your appointment, check your health fund’s website or call them to confirm:

• Your annual benefit limit
• Percentage covered for different services
• Whether there’s a waiting period for major treatment
• Any restrictions or exclusions

Getting the Most from Your Cover

• Regular check-ups — Many funds cover preventive visits with minimal or no gap
• Major treatment — If you’re planning crowns, bridges, or implants, check your fund’s coverage and annual limits
• Waiting periods — Some plans have waiting periods for major treatment. Plan ahead if possible.
• Maximise your year — Use your annual benefit limit before the end of the year—don’t waste it!

Upfront Cost Estimates

We provide transparent pricing:

• Before treatment — We’ll discuss costs and provide an estimate
• Insurance deductions — If you have health fund cover, we’ll estimate the gap amount after your fund’s benefit
• No surprises — You’ll know what to expect before proceeding

Payment Plans for Large Treatments

For significant treatments (crowns, bridges, implants, cosmetic work), we can:

1. Break treatment into stages so you pay as you go
2. Arrange payment through Zip, Afterpay, or Denticare
3. Claim your health fund benefit to reduce your out-of-pocket cost
4. Discuss special pricing for multiple treatments

CDBS Benefits

If your child is eligible for CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Schedule), you receive up to $1,132 over two years for basic dental services. You only pay the gap amount after benefits are applied.
